Adult-use recreational dispensaries require a 21+ Valid, government-issued ID, we have an atm at our store and accept debit from select banks.

The Daily allotment of purchasable cannabis is 28 grams or 1 ounce. This can consist of:

    • 28 grams of flower

    • 5 grams of concentrate

    • 500mg of edibles

Other products beyond flower have a flower equivalent in weight so you can combine multiple products as long as it doesn’t go over your daily limit.

It is illegal to consume cannabis in public spaces in MA, this includes parks, public transportation, sidewalks, etc. Cannabis is currently allowed to be consumed at a private residence. There is a consumption lounge up the street called The Summit Lounge and we hope for more to come in the future.

Since we are not a medical dispensary we cannot offer exclusive discounts. We do offer competitive pricing and a loyalty program that is free to sign up.

ORDER INFORMATION

What should I do if something from my order is missing?
Please get in touch with our customer service at info@majorbloom.com with your name, what product is missing. If possible, include a picture of the entire order and receipts.

What should I do if I get a damaged or defective item?
Please contact customer service at info@majorbloom.com, with your name, receipt and a picture of the damaged product with labels on the product, and a short description of the issue. We will address this issue within 48 hours.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

What forms of payment do you take?
We accept Debit Cards. When you place an order on our website, we will charge your credit card once we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped. Major Bloom offers Weed Home-Delivery in particular areas around Massachusetts.
 

What is Major Bloom’s return policy?
Major Bloom is not required to accept returns, but a manager will review your request, and we will do our best to make you happy.

Is it possible to modify my order once placed for delivery or pickup?
For delivery, once you have submitted your order, we have limited ability to make modifications. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible at 774-420-2904 with any requests.

You can always add to your order for pickup orders once you are in the physical retail location.
