What should I do if something from my order is missing?
Please get in touch with our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, what product is missing. If possible, include a picture of the entire order and receipts.
What should I do if I get a damaged or defective item?
Please contact customer service at email@example.com, with your name, receipt and a picture of the damaged product with labels on the product, and a short description of the issue. We will address this issue within 48 hours.

What forms of payment do you take?
We accept Debit Cards. When you place an order on our website, we will charge your credit card once we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped. If you are having difficulty processing payment, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Major Bloom offers Weed Home-Delivery in particular areas around Massachusetts.
What is Major Bloom’s return policy?
Major Bloom is not required to accept returns, but a manager will review your request, and we will do our best to make you happy.
Is it possible to modify my order once placed for delivery or pickup?
For delivery, once you have submitted your order, we have limited ability to make modifications. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible at 774-420-2904 with any requests.
You can always add to your order for pickup orders once you are in the physical retail location.
Where do I enter a membership code?
Please enter your membership code in the box that says “Apply Membership code” on the checkout page, hit the “Apply” button, and proceed to checkout.
