Position Summary

We’re seeking a proactive, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll guide customers through our cannabis offerings, support daily operations, and help create an exceptional experience on the sales floor. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys connecting with people, and is passionate about cannabis culture and wellness.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome every customer with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care
• Share expert product knowledge and thoughtful recommendations tailored to customer needs
• Process transactions accurately using our POS system, including sales, returns, and exchanges
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products that enhance the customer experience
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor well-stocked and organized
• Support inventory management through regular checks, organization, and clean-up
• Handle cash and electronic payments with precision, ensuring full compliance with regulations
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as scheduled
• Complete delivery orders
• Serve as a greeter in the vestibule, welcome guests and verifying identification
• Strictly adhere to all cannabis compliance regulations and company protocols
• Actively participate in training sessions, team meetings, and product demonstrations
• Help onboard and mentor new team members
• Communicate openly and effectively with team leaders and supervisors

Qualifications

Required:

• Age 21 or older
• Ability to pass required background checks (CORI)
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Preferred:

• Previous retail or customer service experience
• Cannabis retail experience (helpful but not required)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfort with digital tools like POS and inventory systems
• Quick learner with a customer-first mindset
• Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply
