THC Limits – A Cost Prohibitive Prohibition
Massachusetts is currently reviewing a bill (Bill H.154) aimed at capping THC levels of both flower and concentrates at 10%. If THC were to be capped at 10% – down from the current average of 20%, medical and recreational users alike would effectively be paying a 100% increase on product.
